Westbourne Capital is currently a non traded hybrid real estate invesment trust (REIT). It invests in non traditional (alternative) real estate opportunities that provide above average current income and future capital gains from renewable energy and natural resources, farming and recreational activities and operations. Lease payments, rent, government subsidies, conservation easments, tax credits, harvesting, sub-dividing and operations are all potential sources of current and future income. On a limited basis, we may acquire the underlying debt (first mortgage/deed of trust) of a property because of its extra ordinary yield, or with a view towards owning the undervalued real property. Westbourne Capital will acquire unique properties in all fifty states which are undervalued and under utilized but have unlimited potential.
